This program is designed to reward our active community members for growing the SplashArk network. By generating your unique referral code and participating in this program, you agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions.
How You Earn
Invite new users and businesses to SplashArk and earn In-App Credits for every successful referral.
Follow SplashArk on Social Media
To remain eligible to earn and redeem In-App Credits, you must actively follow SplashArk's official accounts on our designated external social media platforms.
Standard Referrals — $0.50
Earn $0.50 in In-App Credits for every standard user who signs up using your referral code, completes identity verification, and maintains active participation.
Subscription Referrals — 20% Commission
Earn a flat 20% commission (paid in In-App Credits) whenever a referred individual or business purchases a premium SplashArk subscription.
Net-30 Credit Release
All earned credits are held for 30 days. Once your referred user is confirmed active, your In-App Credits are released to your Rewards Wallet for immediate redemption.
Verification & Net-30 Hold Period
To prevent manipulation and ensure the authenticity of all platform growth, SplashArk enforces a standard clearing timeline.
- All earned standard referral credits and subscription commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period from the date of the referral's qualifying action.
- Within this 30-day window, the referred account must maintain an active status — continuous, active participation on the platform (browsing, messaging, engaging with the marketplace).
- Dormant accounts will not be credited. If the referred user abandons the app after signing up, the pending credit will be voided.
- Once the 30-day audit is cleared and the referred user is confirmed active, the In-App Credits will automatically become available in your SplashArk Rewards Wallet for immediate redemption.
Active Referral Requirements
Credits are only earned when a referred user meets the criteria of an "Active Referral." Here is the step-by-step path to a confirmed referral:
Referred user signs up using your unique referral code
Referred user completes identity (KYC) verification
Referred user maintains continuous, active participation on the platform
Activity is sustained throughout the full 30-day verification window
Audit is cleared and credits are released to your Rewards Wallet
Subscription Referral Reward Structure
Earn a flat 20% commission in In-App Credits whenever a referred individual or business purchases a premium SplashArk subscription.
Tier 1
Purchase Price: $10.00 — Your Reward: $2.00 In-App Credit (20% commission)
Tier 2
Purchase Price: $25.00 — Your Reward: $5.00 In-App Credit (20% commission)
Tier 3
Purchase Price: $50.00 — Your Reward: $10.00 In-App Credit (20% commission)
Tier 4
Purchase Price: $299.00 — Your Reward: $59.80 In-App Credit (20% commission)
Prohibited Uses
- Pay-Per-View (PPV): Credits cannot be applied toward unlocking or purchasing PPV content.
- Tipping: Credits cannot be used to give tips, donations, or gratuities to creators, influencers, or service providers.
- External Transfers: Credits cannot be transferred to other SplashArk users or peer-to-peer accounts.
- No Cash Value: Credits hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or withdrawn to external bank accounts or digital wallets.
To maintain the integrity of the SplashArk creator and service economy, In-App Credits cannot be used for the purposes listed above.
Redemption Rules & Limits
In-App Credits may only be utilized within the SplashArk ecosystem, subject to strict usage caps and category limitations.
Purchasing Products or Services:
Credits may cover a maximum of 40% of the total cost of an eligible product or service. The maximum credit per single transaction is $10.00. Users are strictly limited to 2 credit-redeeming transactions per calendar week.
Purchasing In-App Advertising:
Use up to 100% of your available In-App Credits in a single transaction to purchase SplashArk in-app advertising placements for your own listed products or services. No daily frequency or dollar-amount caps apply.

Program Integrity & Rules
SplashArk maintains a zero-tolerance fraud policy and reserves the right to audit, withhold, or forfeit credits to protect the integrity of the platform.
Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy
Any attempt to artificially inflate referral counts using botnets, emulators, click farms, self-referrals, or misleading incentives will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
Forfeiture of Assets
In the event of an account ban due to fraud, all pending and cleared In-App Credits, as well as access to any purchased digital assets or subscriptions, will be permanently forfeited without the possibility of appeal.
Right to Audit
SplashArk retains the right to audit all accounts and withhold credits if suspicious activity is detected.
Credit Expiry (Inactivity)
If your account becomes inactive for a continuous period of 12 months (no logins or platform engagement), all accumulated In-App Credits will permanently expire and be removed from your wallet.
